Bandeo Studio may process account data, login information, projects, concepts, imported references, generated files, credits, action history and technical information required to operate the service.

Login logs may include the account email address, date, login method, status, IP address, browser and a technical correlation identifier.

Purposes

Data is used to authenticate users, generate comics, track credits, keep deliverables, send PDFs when enabled, prevent abuse and diagnose incidents.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to use the service, provide contractual follow-up, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations.

Login logs are used for security and abuse diagnosis; an administrative purge is provided for entries older than 12 months.

Projects, archives and files can be deleted from the application when account rights and project state allow it.

Processors

The service may rely on technical providers for hosting, authentication, email sending and generation processing.

Secrets and access keys must be stored in hosting provider environment variables and must never be exposed in application code.
